Life Design (10-Session Program)

Video or phone appointments in 50 or 80 minute sessions. Ally provides individual counselling appointments to adults and youth aged 15 +.

Utilizing the brain's natural ability to decentize and reprogram itself, EMDR targets limiting beliefs and "tirggers", and areas we feel stuck.

Life Design is a methodical program with steps to help you identify areas for growth and change in your life, a road map of how tom make the changes and the tools to get there.

Fees for Service

-50 minute session: $145

* Sliding scale available for clients accessing legal aid and youth 15-19 yrs ($80+/ per 50 min)

*Please inquire for emergency support booking fees for appointments within 24-48 hrs.
